Our Direct Care Positions (DCS) is the chief corner stones of our services.  These positions focus on assisting persons with being out in the community and managing their own activities of daily living.

With us, working with people is more than being inside all day. Many of them enjoy being out in the community and learning how to establish good relationships with others. Some of them will need assistance with basic job seeking skills; making small purchases; and integrating into the community while understanding basic and appropriate social cues.

Although many of the DCS positions are part-time (25-30 hours), full-time hours are available based on one's dependability, flexibility and availability. Support and assistance are generally needed between the hours of 7am and 9pm. We have positions in Huntsville, Madison, Toney, Harvest, and New Market. Some hours may be flexed to accommodate the family's need and your availability.

Our pay is extremely competitive; we are offering payday bonuses; and raises can be earned within the first 90 days and again after one year of teamwork!!!

Direct Care Staff 

We are looking to bring on team members who will assist others with maintaining their maximum level of independence in the home and or in the community. This will include monitoring and supervising others' activities at all times; documenting all services monitored and or performed; assisting with everyday activities of daily living. The team members •Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. •Must have completed, at minimal, the tenth grade. •Must have at least six months experience with helping and caring for others. •Be able to operate smart phone/device(s) effectively and efficiently. •Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license.

Direct Care Staff II

This team member will be responsible for a number of duties and responsibilities that are vital to several components of our operations. Field Supervisor: Duties and Responsibilities will include assisting staff with maintain requirements with assignments; assisting with transporting; and covering assignments as needed. Administrative Duties and Responsibilities will include assisting with client and staff on-boarding/ outgoing processes; organizing and maintaining clients' records; and conducting file audits; assisting with vital clerical duties and responsibilities; and other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Must be able to communicate and work with effectively with others; have a good working knowledge of and be well versed with Microsoft Office 365, Google, Zoom, Meetings, and office products and services; send/receive emails effectively; must be able to navigate the various social media platforms efficiently. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Must be open and available to learn the operations and administrative flow of our office. Although some related college courses are required, an Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred. Must have 1 (one) year of verifiable office work experience with references. Must have 1 (one) year experience as a direct care worker. A Valid Driver's License

         THIS IS A DUAL POSITION

Qualified Intellectual Development Professional

This team member will be responsible for assisting with the development of plans; overseeing and assessing the effectiveness of plan in accordance with applicable guidelines; coordinating applicable direct care services for individuals within their home. This team member must possess leadership skills and the willingness to work harmoniously with professionals and non-professionals; Must be detail oriented and work autonomously to meet time sensitive tasks and goals. Must be willing to learn and work with industry related software. Will report directly to the Executive Director. Also, must be able to ensure and or oversee the following: **Services are compliant with all active treatment regulations in providing habilitation services. **The coordination of all referrals, admissions, transfers, and dismissals of individuals of the program are carried out appropriately and timely. **Service files are in place and maintained at all times. **Assessments and reports are conducted and completed as required and timely. **All services are properly documented. **Conduct staff training and home visits. **attend, participate in and or conduct essential trainings, meetings, and workshops. **Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. and **other related duties as assigned. Work Experience must include: --Microsoft Office teams, office, and office related products (to include other electronic forms of communication). --at least twelve months of related work experience; --have at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Skills: Must be respectable, dependable, and have strong work ethics when working and advocating for others. Education: BS degree in qualifying field; or BS degree with college courses in Human and Social Service Field is required. Salary/Pay is Negotiable
